Petra Ellora Cau Wetterholm has been accepted as presenter at the International Conference on Forest Therapy. She will offer her talk on July 8, on the subject of: ”FOREST THERAPY GROUP INTERVENTION AND GUIDING SKILLS FOR EXHAUSTION DISORDER, ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION”. The talk will be on the study conducted in Public Mental Health Care; on particular adjustments and compensatory strategies needed in Guiding, in order to make Forest Therapy accessible for those suffering from exhaustion disorder and comorbid symptoms, such as depression and anxiety. The results provide the basis for the method development and particular advanced guide training programme developed and offered by SNFTI.
